Job Summary
Locum tenens psychiatrist needed in Virginia for adult outpatient telehealth psychiatry. 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday), treating 12-14 patients per day through a telehealth platform with a minimum 12-month commitment. Includes paid malpractice insurance and pre-paid travel and housing expenses; assignment details and time entry in an online portal. Required Qualifications
- MD or DO licensed psychiatrist
- Board-eligible or board-certified in psychiatry
- LOCUM TENENS experience or ability to perform inpatient/outpatient psychiatric care as needed
- Ability to provide adult outpatient telehealth psychiatry
- Licensed to practice psychiatry in Virginia or eligible for Virginia licensure
