Job Summary
Provide direct patient care through office visits, telehealth, and same-day appointments in Medford clinic locations across Northern Oregon. Perform comprehensive assessments, order and interpret labs/imaging, and diagnose acute and chronic conditions while developing personalized treatment plans including lifestyle interventions and prescriptions. Educate patients on preventive health principles, collaborate with internal health coaches and clinical support staff, and document visits in the NextGen EHR. Participate in team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and training sessions to support clinic operations. This non-benefited assignment spans three months with an option to extend, offering flexible full-time or part-time options for a mission-driven clinician seeking to support OnePeak Medical's integrated health practices.
Required Qualifications
- Active Oregon license as a Certified Physician Assistant (or eligibility to obtain)
- Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred (functional/integrative medicine experience is a plus)
- Strong interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine
- Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Proficient in using electronic health records (NextGen experience is a plus)
