Job Summary
Locum tenens position for a Pediatric Hospitalist in the Indiana area with day (8 am–6 pm) and night (6 pm–8 am) shifts. Manages Level 2 NICU and pediatric unit care with circumcision required and neonatal resuscitation skills. Typical volume 1–3 patients, up to 4–6 during busy season, in a high-volume birth setting (Level 1 & Level II nursery with ~1300 births/year). Responsibilities include covering scheduled assignments, with paid malpractice insurance and pre-paid travel and housing. Assignment details and time entry available through an online portal; 24-hour access to a Weatherby Healthcare consultant. Charter member of NALTO.
