Locum Tenens PA - Family Practice Position in CA

Conduct family practice visits for patients aged 6 months and up, with walk-in patients included in daily scheduling. Manage an average of 20 to 27 patients per shift depending on 8-hour or 9-hour block assignments. Serve primarily Spanish-speaking, farm-working families while adhering to scheduling guidelines that prevent back-to-back complex visits. Receive 24-hour access to a Weatherby Healthcare consultant and support team, plus covered transportation and housing expenses.
