Job Summary
Conduct outpatient family practice in a rural health/FQHC setting serving mixed pediatric and adult populations from infants to geriatric. Manage chronic pain cases with a minimum of 18 patients daily, split into 10 patients per 4-hour clinic session. Maintain 3 years of primary care experience and provide 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. This role includes complimentary housing and travel, with the agency covering licensing, malpractice, and credentialing costs. Hourly compensation ranges from $70 to $90, all-inclusive.
Required Qualifications
- Chronic pain management experience
- 3 years of primary care experience (FP/UC)
- 18 patients per day minimum
- 10 patients per 4-hour clinic session
- Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm -- 8-hour shifts
- Rural Health / FQHC outpatient setting
