Job Summary
Conduct orthopedic trauma calls and outpatient clinic follow-ups at a hospital-based facility. Manage pelvic and acetabular fractures, acute long bone and periarticular injuries, polytrauma cases, and common trauma-related hand injuries. Perform arthroscopic procedures and hemiarthroplasty with proficiency. Requires Trauma Fellowship training and experience in acute fracture management. Schedule includes call duties alongside clinic follow-up. Weekly pay deposits, complimentary housing, travel, and comprehensive malpractice coverage provided. Credentialing and privileging handled by the agency.
Required Qualifications
- Trauma Fellowship training
- Comfortable managing pelvic and acetabular fractures
- Experienced with acute fractures -- long bones, periarticular, polytrauma
- Arthroscopic procedures and hemiarthroplasty proficiency
- Able to evaluate and treat common trauma-related hand injuries
