Job Summary
Conduct postoperative assessment and clinical management for patients on a 10-hour day shift, managing approximately 10 to 12 daily cases within hospital-based inpatient orthopedic and spine services. Coordinate discharge planning and transition-of-care while leading interdisciplinary care coordination. Maintain a rotating schedule covering Monday through Sunday, four days per week, with an approximate 13-week assignment potential for extension.
