Job Summary
Manage postoperative assessment and clinical care for up to 12 daily patients in hospital-based inpatient orthopedic and spine services. Coordinate discharge planning and transition-of-care while leading interdisciplinary care coordination. Deliver 10-hour day shifts four days per week on a rotating Monday through Sunday schedule for approximately 13 weeks with potential extension.
