Job Summary
Conduct postoperative assessment and clinical management for 10 to 12 patients daily in hospital-based inpatient orthopedic/spine services. Coordinate discharge planning and transition-of-care while managing interdisciplinary care coordination. Work rotating 10-hour day shifts, four days per week, Monday through Sunday, with approximately 13 weeks of assignment potential. Required Qualifications
