Job Summary
Manage postoperative assessment and clinical management for 10-12 patients daily within hospital-based inpatient orthopedic and spine services. Coordinate discharge planning and transition-of-care while leading interdisciplinary care coordination. Provide coverage on rotating day shifts Monday through Sunday, four days per week. The role includes approximately 13 weeks with potential extension. Required Qualifications
