Job Summary
Conduct neonatal intensive care coverage in a Level III NICU, managing 10 patients per shift with 6am-6pm facility hours and 6pm-6am on-call rotation. Perform critical procedures including intubation, chest tube placement, central line insertion, paracentesis, spinal taps, exchange transfusion, thermal cooling, and ventilator management with oscillators and iNO. Maintain 24-hour coverage availability, 10-14 days monthly, while holding a Michigan license and NRP certification. Utilize Cerner EMR for documentation. This short-term assignment addresses a scheduling need starting August 5, 2026, with ongoing availability for the client.
