Job Summary
Conduct cardiovascular and cardiothoracic surgery duties including first assist, rounding, ICU coverage, and call responsibilities in a Florida hospital setting. Perform EV (Endoscopic Vessel Harvesting) procedures and operate the Vasoview Hemopro 2 system. Collaborate with locums CTS and two FTE thoracic surgeons while covering leave for both FTE APPs simultaneously. Maintain Monday through Friday schedules from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, noting that surgery may alter hours. Requires ACLS and BLS certifications.
Required Qualifications
- EVH (Endoscopic Vessel Harvesting)
- Vasoview Hemopro 2 experience
- ACLS and BLS certifications
