Job Summary
Locum Tenens Nephrologist needed for 100% telehealth outpatient practice. Typical schedule 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri with flexible appointment booking. Responsibilities include 100% adult outpatient nephrology telemedicine visits with intake 30-45 minutes and follow-ups 15-30 minutes. Telemedicine experience preferred; child/adolescent nephrology experience preferred. Housing, travel, and comprehensive malpractice coverage arranged. Credentialing and privileging streamlined. Assignment details and time-entry access provided by a dedicated recruiter. Hourly pay range $175-$225, with all-inclusive compensation; annualized for budgeting at $364k-$468k depending on hours and additional earnings.
Required Qualifications
- Medical degree required (MD/DO)
- Board-certified or eligible in nephrology
- Locum tenens experience beneficial
- Telemedicine experience preferred
- Child/adolescent nephrology experience preferred
- Ability to manage 100% telehealth outpatient nephrology appointments
