Locum tenens cardiologist for a 99-bed department in Portsmouth, OH. Monday–Friday 7 am–5 pm with weekday call; 15–20 patients per shift with independent NP support; echocardiography, TEE, nuclear cardiology, and STEMI required; inpatient cardiology rounding with ICU coverage; both attending and consulting rounding; beeper call with 30-minute response time; no invasive procedures or outpatient cardiology required; paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses; assignment details logged in online portal; competitive compensation; Weatherby Healthcare consultant available 24 hours; Charter member of NALTO. Location: Portsmouth, OH. Rates: from $250 to $350 hourly (all-inclusive, combines base pay with overtime, call, and holiday pay).
