Conduct inpatient thoracic surgery coverage with rounding, managing 10 to 15 patients and handling 10 admissions per shift. Apply general cardiac, thoracic, and vascular surgery skills within a two-weeks-per-month ongoing assignment. Submit assignment details and time entry through the online portal while maintaining 24-hour access to a Weatherby Healthcare consultant. Paid malpractice insurance, pre-paid travel and housing expenses, and competitive compensation are provided. Charter member of NALTO required.
