Job Summary
Assist in the OR for cardiothoracic cases including vein harvesting and CT surgery. Cover night call, which includes phone calls and emergent OR cases. This role requires proficiency as a first assist and vein harvesting. Schedule is July 20–26 and August 7–16, 2024. Must hold a Nebraska or Compact license.
Required Qualifications
- Nebraska or Compact license
- PA-C
- Cardiothoracic surgery specialty
- OR proficiency as a first assist
- Vein harvesting proficiency
- Night call availability
- Ability to cover emergent OR cases
- Ability to vein harvest
- CT surgery case experience
- Epic EMR proficiency
