Job Summary
Conduct 15–20 high-acuity general procedures daily in adult and geriatric mixed settings, including main ORs with potential trauma coverage. Supervise high-acuity general surgery at a 1:4 ratio while providing specialized support for peds, OB, and cardiac teams where applicable. Work Monday through Friday from 6:30 am to 4:30 pm with no call rotation, maintaining a minimum of two full weeks per month. Submit assignment details and time entry via the online portal. Earn competitive hourly compensation ranging from $300 to $400, inclusive of base pay, overtime, and holiday pay, with paid malpractice insurance and pre-paid travel and housing. Charter members of NALTO receive 24-hour access to a Weatherby Healthcare consultant for support.
