Job Summary
Gastroenterologist needed for outpatient services in Georgia on a locum tenens CONTRACT basis. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00–17:00 with no on-call shifts, handling 12–15 general or 6–8 advanced GI procedures daily for ~8 patients, in a hospital outpatient setting. Must be board-certified in gastroenterology and provide coverage as needed, with paid travel and lodging arranged. Responsibilities include performing gastroenterology procedures within an outpatient clinic, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and navigating licensing/credentialing support. Travel and malpractice coverage provided; opportunities to work with leading hospitals and healthcare facilities nationwide.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified gastroenterologist
- MD or DO
- Georgia medical license or eligibility
- ability to obtain medical license in Georgia
- outpatient GI experience preferred
