Job Summary
Locum Pharmacy Technician in Chelsea, London, to support dispensary services and stock management within a private hospital setting. Responsibilities include dispensing and medication supply, stock management and top-ups, collaborating with pharmacists and healthcare teams, ensuring accurate documentation and SOP compliance, and contributing to safe, efficient, patient-centred pharmacy services. Role requires GPhC registration, prior pharmacy experience, and flexible shift availability across a rota; typical shifts are 08:30–16:30, 09:00–17:00, 11:00–19:00 with occasional Saturdays. Duration initially 2 months with potential extension; hourly rate £22-£27 depending on experience.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Pharmacy Technician with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
- Previous pharmacy experience essential
- Hospital experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shift patterns as part of a rota
- Strong communication and organisational skills
