Job Summary
Provide comprehensive pediatric care to infants, children, and adolescents across multiple Texas locations, including diagnosing and treating a wide range of conditions, conducting well-child visits, sick visits, physicals, and immunizations. Educate patients and families on preventive care, nutrition, and development while collaborating with clinical staff to ensure continuity of care. Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records and deliver compassionate patient care while adapting to different practice settings. Assignments vary in length based on operational needs for scheduled vacations and staffing gaps. Competitive hourly compensation and flexible scheduling available.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- Completion of an accredited Pediatric Residency Program
- Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Pediatrics (ABP)
- Active Texas Medical License (required)
- Current DEA registration
- BLS Certification
- Ability to travel to multiple Pediatrica locations throughout Florida
Desired Qualifications
- Spanish-speaking ability is a plus
