Job Summary
Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care for children, adolescents, and young adults with extra-cranial solid tumor malignancies, including sarcomas, neuroblastoma, renal tumors, and germ cell tumors. Deliver clinical services within the Division of Hematology/Oncology, which also manages leukemia, lymphoma, neuro-oncology, and post-stem cell therapy care. Define future direction for strategic initiatives in regional and national leadership in solid tumor oncology, fertility preservation, and pediatric cancer genetics. Receive an academic appointment at the Assistant or Associate Professor level within the Department of Pediatrics, Faculty of Medicine, University of Ottawa.
Required Qualifications
- Royal College (Pediatric Hematology/Oncology) certified
- MD
- eligible for licensing in the Province of Ontario
- certification with the Royal College of Physicians of Surgeons (Pediatric Hematology/Oncology)
