Locum onsite diagnostic radiologist needed in Indiana (Crystal Lake, IL) to read plain films and CTs, with potential to read ultrasounds or MRI but not required. Schedule Mon-Fri, 7a-4p with 30 minutes unpaid lunch; no call. Read STATs from the ER; volume 50-90 exams per day; no procedures, no fluoroscopy, and no mammography. Operates with GE PACS and Powerscribe dictation; EMR is Epic. Must hold an active Indiana license or IMLC, board certified, and BLS (AHA); minimum 2 years of experience. Credentialing typically 30-60 days. Competitive hourly pay plus housing, travel, and tail malpractice insurance. Referral bonus of $500 if a referral works 30 days.
