Job Summary
Locum OBGYN needed near Saxman, AK. 0.25 FTE with 6-month assignment. Schedule includes clinic hours 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and 24-hour on-call shifts (2–3 day stretches with a day in clinic between). There is always a second OBGYN on call; 24/7 ED and hospitalist support with inpatient/outpatient care in a 25-bed facility (5 labor and delivery). Full-scope OB/GYN responsibilities; no scheduled surgeries unless assistance is needed. EMR is EPIC. Must be OBGYN-boarded with AK license and DEA; BLS required. Credentialing timeframe is 60–90 days with expedited processing. Competitive hourly pay plus housing, travel, and tail malpractice insurance. Referral bonuses available for referrals who work 160 hours.
