Job Summary
Locum OBGYN needed in Arizona. 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM night shifts, roughly 5 shifts per month. No call. Practice settings include inpatient and outpatient. Must handle low and high risk pregnancies, FHR interpretation (NST/CST/FSE), vaginal deliveries, C-sections, breech, multiple births, VBAC, and complex obstetric scenarios with appropriate decision-making. Required fellowship, ACLS, NRP, and AZ licensure. Epic EMR used. Level 4 Trauma facility with 30-day credentialing. $2,000 referral bonus for referrals who work 160 hours. Housing, car rental, gas, mileage, parking, tolls, baggage fees, and tail malpractice insurance included. Location: Oro Valley, AZ, US.
Required Qualifications
- Fellowship: Required
- ACLS
- NRP
- Licensed in AZ only
- EMR System: Epic
- Level 4 Trauma
- Credentialing: 30 days
- OBGYN specialty skills: Low risk pregnancy, High risk pregnancy, FHR interpretation - NST/CST/FSE, Level I/Screening (viability), Routine delivery, Vaginal, Decision-making for c-section, Complicated delivery, C-section, Breech, Multiple births
- Preferred skills: OB Ultrasounds - Performance of, interpretation, Level II/Targeted (anatomic), Low forceps, Surgical gynecology - Open, Laparoscopic diagnostic/minor only - tubal ligation, LOA's, chronal tubation, Operative/major (includes diagnostic) - ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOA's
