Locum Interventional Radiologist needed in Arizona

Locum Interventional Radiologist needed near Phoenix. Onsite IR with general read required seven days a week, 8a–5p MST. Call shifts rotated within the existing IR practice and holiday coverage is included. Annual procedure volume estimated at 10,238 with tasks including biopsy, drain placement, nephrostomy, gastrostomy, embolization, IVC filter placement, fistulagram with declot, biliary and venous interventions. General fluoroscopy procedures are a plus as the IR covers fluoroscopy during the Day shift and on-call. Productivity target is 61 RVU per shift. Powerscribe dictation used. Board certification requirements specify Interventional Radiology Fellowship and ABR Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology certification. A $2,000 referral bonus is offered for referrals whose hires reach 160 hours. Competitive hourly pay plus housing, travel, and tail coverage malpractice insurance are included.
