Job Summary
Locum Hematologist/Oncologist to provide comprehensive outpatient hematology and oncology care in a hospital-system setting. The physician will manage 15-18 patients daily, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with occasional half-day inpatient work on Fridays. Responsibilities include 1-2 new consultations, developing individualized treatment plans for hematologic and oncologic conditions, and coordinating care with a multidisciplinary team. Must be board-certified in Hematology/Oncology with prescriptive authority and proficiency with EPIC EMR for all encounters and planning activities.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certification in Hematology/Oncology
- Prescriptive authority
- Outpatient hematology/oncology experience
- Ability to manage 15-18 patients daily
- EPIC EMR documentation
