Job Summary
Conduct chronic care management for 23 to 25 patients daily in a family practice setting, including telehealth visits and phone call-ins for medication refills. Perform simple procedures such as sutures, incision and drainage, and laceration repairs. Maintain BLS certification and board certification while working flexible M-F or 4/10 schedules with available days off. Receive paid malpractice insurance, covered transportation and housing, and 24-hour access to a support team.
