Conduct 8-hour shifts averaging 20 to 24 patients or 9-hour shifts averaging 25 to 27 patients, including managing walk-in patients added to prebooked schedules. Provide care to a patient population of primarily Spanish-speaking, farm-working families with ages ranging from 6 months and up. Scheduling guidelines prevent back-to-back complex visits.
