Job Summary
Locum General Diagnostic Radiologist needed near Phoenix, AZ. Shifts 3p-11p and 5p-11p will be solo provider; on-site only (hospital cannot provide work stations or accept provider-owned equipment). Role involves pediatric-adult and trauma radiology, with mostly trauma at night. Teaching facility with residents on site. Epic EMR in use. AZ license is not required upfront—candidates can start credentialing with a pending license; credentialing typically 60-90 days. Includes $2,000 referral bonus for referrals who work 160 hours, plus competitive hourly pay and housing/travel support with tail coverage malpractice insurance. Location: Fountain Hills, AZ. Required Qualifications
- AZ medical license or ability to obtain AZ license
- Credentialing within 60-90 days
- On-site facility with Epic EMR
- Experience in pediatric-adult and trauma radiology; night trauma coverage considered
