Job Summary
Conduct GI hospitalist coverage from Friday morning to Friday morning, managing 14 to 16 patients daily. Perform five elective procedures each morning alongside inpatient consults and four to eight new consults per weekday. Complete required endoscopic procedures including EGD and colonoscopy while maintaining weekday hours from 7 am to 6 pm with lighter weekends. Submit assignment details and time entry through the online portal. Requires current hospital privileges and paid malpractice insurance.
