Job Summary
Conduct procedural sedations, general anesthesia for pediatric dental cases, and elective procedures including cesarean sections. Manage visiting specialist cases, perform epidurals, and provide emergency anesthesia for patients of all ages. Support operative services and emergency care at Inuvik Regional Hospital, with optional contributions to clinic and ER duties. Assignments typically last 1–2 weeks, with longer blocks available. Hourly compensation includes on-call remuneration, while travel and accommodations are fully covered.
Required Qualifications
- CCFP with GP-Anesthesia training
- Eligible for NWT licensure
