Job Summary
Deliver comprehensive primary health care services to patients of all ages, utilizing the Accuro EMR to document details accessible to the cross-coverage team. Collaborate with eight on-site providers and a practice nurse to ensure same-day access and manage evening duty clinics for the 650-patient panel. Earn a guaranteed daily minimum of $1,200 with additional shadow billings, while receiving up to $300/night accommodations and $1,500 air fare. Requires CPSNS licensure, CFPC certification, and CMPA membership for this 20-hour weekly locum role from February 2027 to February 2028. Located in Dartmouth's Baker Drive area.
Required Qualifications
- eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia (CPSNS)
- eligible for certification with the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC)
- membership with the Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA)
- provide Long-term Locum coverage 20 hours a week from February 8th, 2027- February 8th, 2028
