Locum Emergency Medicine Physician needed in TX

Locum Emergency Medicine Physician for Corpus Christi, TX. Responsibilities include management of all emergency medicine cases with procedures such as intubations, central line placement, ultrasound utilization, OB delivery, dislocation reductions, chest tube placement, trauma management, laceration repair, STEMI and strokes. Shift coverage from 6a–6p and 6p–6a; average census around 80 per day; 1 EM physician per shift with 24-hour APP coverage. Requires ABEM board certification with a minimum of 2 years of EM experience, Texas license (or in process) and DEA dedicated to locum work. Client provides travel and lodging; competitive hourly pay plus housing, car rental and related expenses, malpractice tail coverage included.
