Job Summary
Locum Tenens Dentist opportunity in Virginia offices with high-volume Medicaid practices. See up to 12 operative patients and 24 hygiene exams per day, with 80-85% pediatric and 15-20% adult cases. Staffing includes 2 Assistants and 1 Hygienist per Doctor. Must have two years of experience; no new grads. Benefits include $1,100-$1,200 per day, paid transportation and lodging, malpractice insurance, weekly direct deposit, and streamlined credentialing. Opportunities to go permanent; dedicated recruiter available after hours. Traveling to Virginia Beach, Norfolk (Janaf Shopping Center and Little Creek offices), Portsmouth, Newport News, and Hampton, VA. CPR/BLS, DEA, and other certifications required as applicable.
Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental education program (CODA accredited)
- Current, valid dental license to practice in Virginia (or eligible for licensure)
- Willing and able to travel to multiple Virginia offices (Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Newport News, Hampton)
- CPR/BLS certification, DEA registration, and any other required certifications
