Provide comprehensive dental care to a mixed pediatric/adult patient base; ensure chart closure within 72 hours after each patient visit; follow clinic and procedural protocols; credentialing typically takes 30-60 days with timely submission of documents; immunization requirements include Flu vaccine (2022-2023), TB status/x-ray within 90 days, MMR titer or complete immunization series, Hep B titer or complete immunization series, Varicella zoster titer or complete immunization series, Tdap within last 10 years; willingness to commit to a minimum of 3 months; travel and lodging are reimbursable.
