Locum CRNA needed near Hialeah, FL. Responsibilities include providing anesthesia care for a variety of cases including Gen Surgery, Robotics, Orthopedics, Neuro, Spine, Burns, Plastics, GYN, OB (not much), Trauma, and Vascular, across 15 ORs with additional endoscopy, cath, and OB suites. Schedule requires minimum 16 shifts per month with weekend call; weekend and call coverage required. Credentialing at a second location anticipated with an average 90 days to credential. Must be Board Certified and hold an Active Florida license. Certification in ACLS, BLS, and PALS. Referral bonus offered for referrals who work 160 hours.
