Job Summary
Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care across diverse case types including cardiac, ortho, endo, general, ophthalmology, vascular, GYN, peds, urology, acute pain management, and trauma. Deliver patient-centered care with MDs onsite and minimal supervision, while managing OB calls from home with a 20-minute response time or in-house OB coverage. Maintain a 7am-3pm shift with required call coverage from 3pm-7pm. Hold current NBCRNA certification, valid Indiana RN and CRNA licenses, and demonstrate proficiency in ACLS, BLS, and TEE/Heart experience. Required Qualifications
- Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
- Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Indiana
- Minimum of 1–3 years of CRNA experience preferred; proficiency in various case types
- Strong clinical knowledge and ability to provide anesthesia care to diverse patient populations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and the care team
- BLS and ACLS required
- PALS and other advanced certifications as applicable
- COI - IN PCF required
- ACLS must be through AHA
- Active, unrestricted license
- Clear background/malpractice history
- MDs onsite, little to no supervision
Desired Qualifications
- TEE/Heart experience is preferred
- Minimum of 1–3 years of CRNA experience preferred
