Job Summary
Conduct anesthesia care for general and outpatient pediatric ENT cases at a Level 2 Trauma center and surgery center. Manage 20-50 cases daily across hospital and outpatient settings using Epic EMR. Maintain BLS and ACLS certifications while providing safe, high-quality care to diverse patient populations. This 3-6 month locum contract requires 40 weekly hours with no call, offering flexible scheduling and full travel/lodging support. Required Qualifications
- Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
- Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Michigan
- BLS and ACLS required
- PALS and other advanced certifications as applicable
- Minimum of 1–3 years of CRNA experience preferred; proficiency in general cases
- Strong clinical knowledge and ability to provide anesthesia care to diverse patient populations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and the care team
- 5x8s with 40 hours required weekly
