Job Summary
Provide comprehensive anesthetic care across general, ortho, OB/GYN, peds dental, ENT, endo, and podiatry cases, including 350 deliveries annually. Manage independent supervision with call response times under 30 minutes for 3pm–7am shifts every third weeknight and fourth weekend. Maintain case logs verifying epidural and block proficiency, with a minimum of one year in OB cases and proof of BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification. Submit resume, cover letter, and references to info@achcstaffing.org for credentialing within 60–90 days.
Required Qualifications
- Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
- Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Michigan
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a CRNA
- Proficiency in epidurals
- Proficiency in OB/GYN
- Proficiency in general anesthesia
- Proficiency in ortho
- Proficiency in endo
- Proficiency in peds
- Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team
- Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- PALS certification for pediatric settings
- Must have case logs with proof of epidurals and blocks
- Must have significant OB cases in the past year
- Must be available for 7am - 3pm shifts
- Must be available for 3pm - 7pm call response time of 30 minutes
- Must be available for call response every 3rd weeknight
- Must be available for call response every 4th weekend
- Must be able to work in General, ortho, OB/GYN, peds dental, ENT, endo, podiatry case types
- Must be able to handle 350 deliveries a year
- Must be able to work without heads, hearts or spines cases
- Must be able to work in a 60-90 day credentialing timeframe
- Must be able to work as a temp with a clear background / malpractice history and unrestricted license
- Must be able to work in an Independent supervision model
