Job Summary
Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care across general, ortho, OB, and pediatric case types in Southeast Virginia. Work 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts with possible holiday coverage under a 1:4 supervision ratio. Utilize Epic EMR and maintain NBCRNA certification with unrestricted Virginia RN and CRNA licenses. Complete BLS and ACLS training; PALS required where applicable. Submit resume, cover letter, and references to info@achcstaffing.org. Credentialing handled start-to-finish by specialists; travel, lodging, and logistics coordinated by the Access team. Weekly pay provided with malpractice insurance coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
- Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Virginia
- BLS and ACLS required
- PALS and other advanced certifications as applicable
- Supervision at a ratio of 1:4
- Must be available for 8s, 10s, 12s shifts
- Must be available for possible holiday work
- Must be able to work in General, Ortho, OB and Pediatrics case types
- Must be able to work within a collaborative, well-supported anesthesia care team
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 1–3 years of CRNA experience preferred
- Proficiency in general, OB, and pediatric case types
- Strong clinical knowledge and ability to provide anesthesia care to diverse patient populations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and the care team
