Job Summary
Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care across general and OB clinical settings in North-Central Indiana. Deliver epidurals, spinals, and blocks while working independently with full CRNA practice privileges. Manage 8-hour shifts from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm and cover required call rotations from 3:00 pm to 7:00 am. Utilize EPIC EMR and maintain current NBCRNA certification, Indiana license, and BLS/ACLS credentials. Complete credentialing within 60–90 days and enroll in the Indiana Patient's Compensation Fund. Required Qualifications
- Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
- Valid, unrestricted CRNA license in Indiana
- Proficiency in epidurals, spinals and blocks
- Strong clinical knowledge and ability to provide anesthesia care to diverse patient populations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and the care team
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- Enrollment in Indiana Patient's Compensation Fund required (malpractice)
- Ability to make 3:00 pm - 7:00 am calls
