Job Summary
Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care across General, Ortho, and OB case types in East Central Illinois. Deliver patient-centered care to diverse populations while adhering to a 1:3 or 1:2 supervision ratio. Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and maintain BLS, ACLS, and applicable advanced certifications. Manage 8-hour shifts within a collaborative anesthesia care team, ensuring sound clinical judgment and effective communication with patients, families, and the care team.
Required Qualifications
- Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
- Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Illinois
- Minimum of 1–3 years of CRNA experience preferred; proficiency in various case types
- Strong clinical knowledge and ability to provide anesthesia care to diverse patient populations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and the care team
- BLS and ACLS required; PALS and other advanced certifications as applicable
- 8-hour shifts required
- Supervision at a ratio of 1:3 or 1:2
- Case Types: General, Ortho and OB
