Job Summary
Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care across diverse clinical settings including vascular, orthopedics, spine, neurosurgical, urology, gynecology, bronchoscopy, plastics, ENT, endoscopy, TEEs, cardioversions, and occasional pediatrics. Operate under a newly structured ACT model with required call rotations and flexible 1099 contract terms ranging from 3 to 6 months. Maintain current NBCRNA certification, Tennessee RN and CRNA licenses, and mandatory BLS/ACLS credentials while collaborating within a well-supported anesthesia care team. Credentialing is handled start-to-finish by dedicated specialists, with full travel, lodging, and logistics coordinated by the Access team. Weekly pay and malpractice insurance coverage are provided.
Required Qualifications
- Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
- Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Tennessee
- BLS and ACLS required
- PALS and other advanced certifications as applicable
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 1–3 years of CRNA experience preferred
- Proficiency in vascular, orthopedics, spine, neurosurgical, urology, gynecology, bronchoscopy, plastics, ENT, endoscopy, TEEs, and cardioversions
- Pediatric cases
- Strong clinical knowledge and ability to provide anesthesia care to diverse patient populations
