Job Summary
Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care across diverse clinical settings including general, ortho, urology, ENT, bariatric, vascular, neuro, thoracic, GYN, dermatology, plastic, cardiac, and OB cases. Work within a collaborative anesthesia care team where OR cases are medically directed and OB cases are supervised, with a 24-hour in-house MD and CRNA coverage. Manage 19 operating rooms and handle approximately 15,000 annual OR cases, 2,000 deliveries, and 3,000 cardiac procedures including TAVR and CABG. Perform weekday and weekend call rotations from 7 PM to 7 AM, with specific on-call frequencies for general and OB anesthesia. Maintain current NBCRNA certification, unrestricted Massachusetts licenses, and required BLS/ACLS certifications. Required Qualifications
- Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
- Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Massachusetts
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 1–3 years of CRNA experience
- Proficiency in various case types
- Strong clinical knowledge and ability to provide anesthesia care to diverse patient populations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and the care team
- PALS certification
- Other advanced certifications as applicable
