Job Summary
Manage anesthesia for diverse case types including Ortho, Complex Vascular, Head Spine, Neuro, OB, and Pediatric procedures across Southwestern Missouri. Provide clinical management for patients and families while adhering to a schedule of 1x12hr shifts on Fridays and 1x24hr shifts on Saturdays. Maintain ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications and navigate supervision models within the EPIC EMR system. Required Qualifications
- Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
- Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Missouri
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a CRNA
- Proficiency in complex Neuro, Spinal, ENT, OB, and EP cases
- Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team
- Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- 1x12hr shifts on Fridays
- 1x24hr shift on Saturdays
- Supervision model
