Job Summary
Gain access in basic lockout situations, perform standard and master rekeys, and remove, rekey, and cut keys by code for office equipment. Execute fresh installations of various locks, door closers, panic bars, and electronic locks like DL2700, CO100, and Simplex. Replace and program keypads, safe dials, and high security cylinders including Multi-Lock, Schlage Primus, and Medeco. Complete walkthroughs for projects and conversions while transporting and installing safes. Requires an active locksmith license, 3-5+ years of commercial experience, and a reasonably clean driving record. Schedule includes Monday to Friday 9 to 5 hours with a company van.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of commercial locksmith experience
- Experience with repair/replace work orders on various commercial door hardware
- Experience with safe installs
- Active locksmith license
- Reasonably clean driving record and ability to pass an MVR
- Candidates do not need to be located in Paterson but should be nearby in a ~30 mi radius
