Job Summary
Greet members and guests professionally while ensuring the highest level of service and maintaining strict confidentiality. Stock locker rooms with towels, cleaning supplies, and personal accessories, reporting shortages to the Locker Room Manager. Maintain a neat environment by vacuuming all areas, dusting lockers, cleaning vanities and toilets, and caring for members' shoes including polishing and spike replacement. Inspect local members' green jackets for cleanliness and report those needing cleaning. Assist with serving food and drinks, and follow procedures for opening and closing side work. Requires a valid driver's license, high school diploma, and 0–2 years of experience in hospitality or private clubs. Available for varying schedules including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Located in Augusta, GA at Augusta National Golf Club.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Successfully completes the Club's internal motor vehicle training program
- Must be available for a varying work schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire
Desired Qualifications
- 0 –2 years of experience in a private club, hospitality, or similar service environment
- Locker room attendant experience
- Prior service experience with Augusta National Golf Club
