Job Summary
Maintain a high level of cleanliness in the locker rooms, refill amenities and disposables, gather, wash, dry, and fold linens, and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and locker room amenities. Keep equipment and dispensaries clean and organized, empower a positive member experience through effective service and leadership, and assist with events, projects, and general club operations. Adhere to OSHA standards and club protocols, perform frequent spot-cleaning, and address member issues with professional, customer-centric communication. Requires ability to handle miscellaneous duties as assigned and contribute to a well-running facility with strong attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one year experience in a maintenance position preferred
- strong customer service background
- Basic writing, math, communication, and organizational skills
