Job Summary
Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans and medical needs. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, monitor health status, and report changes to medical personnel. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining accurate medical records. Educate residents and families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive measures to foster a compassionate, supportive environment. This role requires a valid LPN license in Ohio, knowledge of geriatric practices, and strong communication skills. Located in a premier senior living community in Lima, this position offers a warm, not-for-profit atmosphere dedicated to enhancing resident well-being.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LPN license in Ohio
