Job Summary
Location Support Specialist oversees on-site stocking and management of vendor managed inventory across multiple customer sites. Responsible for ensuring inventory areas are clean, safe, organized, and accurately reflected in our vendor managed inventory software; receives and stocks weekly and emergency replenishment shipments; conducts inventory cycle counts; resolves on-site customer issues to promote loyalty; collaborates with the sales team to fulfill on-site needs; communicates regularly with customers and sales; completes non-scheduled administrative tasks up to 2 hours per week; must be able to travel to customer sites and interact professionally in person, over the phone, and by email; role requires passing background clearance and drug screening and working legally in the US without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of Customer Service required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a reliable mode of transportation
- Must be willing to travel to customer sites in the designated area
- Must pass a background clearance and drug screening
- Stockroom experience is preferred
- Inventory Management experience is preferred
- Effective communicator, comfortable interacting with customers and the sales team in person, over the phone, and email
- Must be computer literate and able navigate required software programs including Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Outlook
